DESCRIPTION:
CHIP 186-CPU, 40MHz, 512KB RAM, 512KB Flash, Dual-In-Line 32pin package. The Beck Module is a x86 with serial port connectivity, SRAM, Serial and Flash memory file system which allows it to be used in many embedded applications. The BIOS and embedded DOS allows for PC applications to run without change. The software is stored in on-chip Flash memory and a flash file system is available for file storage.
