DESCRIPTION:
CHIP 186-CPU, 40MHz, 512KB RAM, 512KB Flash, 10/100MHz Ethernet, Dual-In-Line 32pin package. The Beck Module has Ethernet/Internet connectivity, SRAM, Serial and Flash file system memory which allows it to be used in many embedded applications. The BIOS and embedded DOS allows for PC applications to run without change. The software is stored in on-chip Flash memory and a flash file system is available for file storage. A complete set of Ethernet/Internet protocols can be used by the user to provide a web server or email.
