International Shipping

Grid Connect, Inc. ships internationally. Our shipping charges covers only the FEDEX/UPS carrier charges and does NOT include any tariffs, duties, custom fees, taxes or other regulations that may apply to countries outside the United States.

  • How to check valid FEDEX/UPS shipping methods and shipping costs to your area.
    The shopping cart has a Shipping Calculator located at the bottom of the page. To use the calculator, enter your country, select the shipping method and click on apply. The calculated shipping cost will appear in your shopping cart. An error message will display at the top of the page if the shipping method is not valid for your location.

  • If you are using your own FedEx or UPS Account number you will enter this upon checkout. After entering all of your address information enter your UPS or FedEx account number in the specified box. Your shipping methods for that account number will then be shown and a $0.00 shipping charge will be assigned. If you do not have a valid UPS or FedEx account number do not enter anything in these fields. If an account number comes back as invalid we will charge you for the shipping and any fees incurred.

  • Methods for payment.
    You can pay via PayPal or with any international credit card. If you do not wish to purchase online, we accept wire transfers. In this case, please contact us at sales@gridconnect.com with the following information, and we will then issue you a Proforma Invoice. Upon receipt of the wire transfer, your order will be shipped.

    Information required for a Proforma Invoice.

    • Your name and email address.
    • The billing and shipping addresses.
    • The part numbers you wish to purchase and the quantity of each.
    • The shipping method you wish to use.
