Payment
We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express for all purchases and accept approved company purchase orders for fortune 500 companies that agree to pay us in Net 30 days. Interest charges will be added to payments not received on time.
Returns
We do take returns within 30 days of the date order was placed. We can arrange for refund or exchange for you according to your convenience. Please call us or email at rma@gridconnect.com for a return authorization.
Refund and Return Policy
We have a complete refund policy if our customer is not satisfied with the quality of the product. Shipping charges are not refundable. Item has to be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund. The item should be in unused and undamaged condition. Product in damaged, used or scratched condition will not be applicable for refund. Restrictions do apply as stated in our Warranty Statement.
Product Warranty We guarantee our hardware products to be free from manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase. For software products, we warrant that for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of shipment of the product by Grid Connect, the media on which the software is furnished will be free of detects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Products damaged or modified void the warranty. Please read our complete Warranty Statement for exact information on our hardware and software warranties, limitations, and exclusions.
Shipping Information
We normally ship by UPS Ground, Blue (two day), or Red (next day) or FEDX overnight. Orders are usually processed on the same day if before 2pm CST or on the next business day. If you wish other shipping options please call us directly; we can also use your UPS or FEDX account for your shipment. In general shipping charges are based on weight and number of units being shipped. Same day Shipping is defined as orders received that are complete and credit is approved by 2pm CST. For international shipping, we are not responsible for any tariffs, duties, custom fees, taxes or other regulations that may apply to countries outside the United States.
Inventory
Most of the items are always in stock and are shipped within the next business day. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible. We would give you choice to wait for 12-14 days or to cancel/change your order. We are not responsible for the delay of shipping due to weather, accidents, or mistakes done by any postal service (including damages, scratches, and undeliverable address, stolen, or lost packages.)
Sales Tax
Many of our items are for OEMs or dealers and thus the products are for resale, if you are an end-user in the state of Illinois, then a sales tax of 7.25% will be added to your invoice.
