High Performance CPU 3x performance of SC12,13, 96MHz, 8M SDRAM, 2M Flash, 177 pin BGA package. The Beck SC123 has the horsepower for applications that require communications like Ethernet, USB or serial ports. The SC123 has a on-chip flash file system and lots of memory for simple DOS like application development. Many application notes and examples are available for reference to get you going quickly. Now available in RoHS (lead free) versions.
