DESCRIPTION:
The SC23 is a high performance CPU with memory capability of the SC13 plus a powerful 96MHz, 8M SDRAM, 2M Flash, and 32 pin DIL package. The Beck SC23 has the horsepower for applications that require communications like Ethernet, USB or serial ports. The SC23 has a on-chip flash file system and lots of memory for simple DOS like application development.
The SC23 is the perfect replacement for the discontinued SC12. It is software compatible with SC12 and SC123. The SC23 is designed for use in a DIL32 socket in exactly the same way as the SC12 and SC13, and can therefore be easily exchanged during production and service.
