Product Description

The DATAEAGLE 3710 Compact Starter Kit is a plug & play system that enables wireless PROFIBUS DP transfers. It can support 1 PROFIBUS slave and 1 radio slave with data transmissions up 187.5 Kbit/s. The 3710 Compact Starter Kit includes 1 master and 1 slave unit pre-paired for easy configuration and 2 omnidirectional antennas. 

The IP20 rated case and DIN rail mounting allow the device to be installed in a number of spaces with transmissions up to 100 meters indoors and 300 meters in open areas.

All devices with a PROFIBUS DP interface can be tied in with radio links, allowing the device to be implemented in existing networks and providing the convenience of wireless transfers.

The DATAEAGLE reduces PLC-failure and increases productivity by using a highly reliable and error-free link. The integrity of this link is possible with 2.4 GHz Bluetooth, 100m W (EIRP) and patent filter technology.
