Once a return is requested, Grid Connect will send you a form with a specific RMA number. This number must be included on the shipping label or shipping box (not the product box) when you return a product. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving an RMA number. Products being returned must be associated with the purchase receipt. In the absence of a receipt, the warranty period shall be 1 year from the date of manufacture. Once Grid Connect receives the return, a full product refund will be provided if the return qualifies for the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. For repairs, defective parts shall be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer.
Semiconductor Chips of any kind are NOT returnable.
We have a 30-day return policy if you are not satisfied with a product. We can arrange a refund or exchange for you. We will refund the full product purchase price if you return the product within 30 days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. The item being returned must be unused and undamaged. Grid Connect reserves the right to charge an industry standard restocking fee of 15% or more to authorize a request for a purchase order cancellation, or a request to return a shipped product. Products returned without an approved RMA may encounter delayed processing or rejection of the return.
