Product Description

The Mercury Kit Pro is a complete solution for multi-protocol diagnostics in facilities of mixed architecture or ones transitioning between networks. The kit offers a robust tablet for troubleshooting, maintenance, and monitoring of Industrial Ethernet, PROFINET, and PROFIBUS networks. The new Osiris software provides a cross-platform package that allows for a clear overview of the networks health, preventing unexpected downtime.

Designed for field work and maintenance, the tablet is water and dust resistant for harsh environments and lightweight with an adjustable hand strap for easy mobility. It can connect remotely or wirelessly with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth making it perfect on the go.

 

PROFIBUS

On PROFIBUS networks the kit uses the same software as the ProfiTrace along with Osiris. The Mercury uses this software to analyze and detect any possible faults within the network. The built-in oscilloscope makes it easy to troubleshoot errors with a live view of the network’s health showing common problems like noise, reflections, and termination. The device also offers current lists and reports on devices and their status.

    Industrial Ethernet

    The Mercury works on the same easy to use software as the Atlas This provides user a friendly diagnostic interface with customizable topology views and a quality score (Q-factor) of your network. With the interactive topology, you are able to see a graphical view of the network showing diagnostics of all devices and how they are connected. The data collected follows the NAMUR NE 107 standard and gives the option of exporting device and alarm lists as CSV files.
