Product Description
The PCAN-GPS FD is a programmable sensor module for position and orientation detection via CAN FD. It integrates a satellite receiver, magnetic field sensor, accelerometer, and gyroscope. Sensor data is processed by the NXP LPC54618 microcontroller and transmitted via CAN or CAN FD.
Customizable Firmware
The module's behavior is fully programmable to fit specific applications. Developers can use the provided development package with the GNU C/C++ compiler to create firmware, which is uploaded to the module via CAN. Included programming examples simplify custom solution development.
Default Configuration
Out of the box, the PCAN-GPS FD includes standard firmware that periodically transmits raw sensor data over the CAN bus.
