Quicklime's Linux cluster runs on a Kubernetes-based architecture engineered for large-scale, mission-critical deployments with thousands of connected sensors. Services automatically balance and scale across nodes, delivering high availability, fault tolerance, and consistent performance under heavy sensor loads.

The cluster can be deployed on-premise or in the cloud, and doesn't need to reside in a single facility. Nodes can be distributed geographically as long as latency between them stays below 5ms. With a dedicated fiber connection, facilities can be up to 300 km apart while maintaining synchronous data replication. This gives engineers a resilient, horizontally scalable foundation for monitoring infrastructure that must stay online, without being tied to a single physical location.
