The ESP-PSRAM64 is a 64 Mbit serial pseudo SRAM device that is organized as 8Mx8 bits. It is fabricated using very high-performance, high-reliability CMOS technology.

Access to the device is via a simple Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) compatible serial bus. Quad Peripheral Interface (QPI) is supported if the application needs faster data rates. Unlimited reads and writes to the memory array are supported.

ESP-PSRAM64 operates at 1.8V and can offer high data bandwidth at 144 MHz clock rate. The ESP-PSRAM64H operates at 3.3V and offers 133 MHz clock rate. 

Notehowever, that burst operations which cross page boundary have a lower max input clock frequency of 84 MHz.
