The single-node Quicklime installation manages and monitors every AKCP device, distributes firmware updates, and remotely configures hardware. It is sized to the number of data points your facility actually needs, from 500 up to 4,000.

A scalable, fault-tolerant architecture designed for large deployments, Quicklime runs on Kubernetes for high availability and elastic scale.  This configuration ensures uptime, redundancy, and seamless failover for enterprise and data-center operations. Services automatically balance and scale across nodes, so reliability holds under heavy sensor load.

This platform can be deployed on-premise or in the cloud. For true high availability, cluster nodes don't need to share a single facility — as long as latency stays under 5ms, data replicates synchronously between distributed servers.

• Real-time visibility & insights - Build a digital twin of your data center with real-time insights into any asset, at any time. Sensors connect directly to the assets they monitor. Live performance metrics like PUE, plus 2D and 3D heatmaps, ΔT and ΔP, humidity, security, power and asset status are updated continuously, not on a polling schedule. Drill down from a world map to a single site, then to a single rack.
• Monitoring - Fully SNMP-compliant monitoring of third-party devices through Quicklime virtual sensors. Integrate intelligent PDUs and UPS systems, track server loads and uptime, and calculate live PUE. Customizable desktops display sensor data with gauges, graphs, rack mapping, and 2D/3D data-center visualization.
• Thermal risk mapping - Protect IT equipment from heat and catch rack hotspots before they cause damage, keeping operating temperatures inside ASHRAE recommendations.

• sensorCFD™ - AKCP's patent-pending sensorCFD technology feeds live sensor data into a Computational Fluid Dynamics simulation of the facility. Quicklime's AI engine analyzes each CFD model, identifies problems, and — more importantly — pinpoints the cause and the action to take. This free add-on for Quicklime does traditional CFD modeling of airflow and performance, constrained by real sensor values instead of assumptions.
• Capacity AI - Define what you need — rack space, cooling capacity, weight loadings — and Quicklime's AI engine explores your digital twin to suggest matching racks.
• Video AI - Video feeds are treated like any other sensor with notifications tied to sensor events. Use AI prompting to build video-analytic sensors (e.g., missing protective gear, unauthorized area access) and review recorded footage against sensor data.
