Our supplier, HW Group, is replacing the Perseus Monitoring 150 and 155 units with an updated hardware version, effective October 1, 2026. You are receiving this notice because you have purchased one or more of the affected Grid Connect part numbers listed below.
Description of Change:
The new Perseus Monitoring 150 and 155 units include two mechanical changes:
- Increased chassis height: an increase of 6mm, allows units to fit standard 19-inch rack shelves.
- Brush-fitted rack brackets: reduces airflow through the bracket openings.
Affected Parts:
Grid Connect SKUs are not changing. Only the manufacturer (HW group) part code is changing.

October 1, 2026. Orders shipping on or after this date will receive the updated version.
Impact to Customers:
This is a mechanical (form) change. If these units are mounted in a rack or enclosure, please confirm the new unit height and bracket style fit your installation, and consider the reduced airflow in your thermal planning. You can continue to order using the same Grid Connect part numbers.
