NAPERVILLE, Ill. – October 14, 2022 – From October 25-27, 2022, Grid Connect, Inc. and Germany-based PEAK-System Technik GmbH will jointly showcase their latest CAN Bus hardware and software for vehicle telematics, diagnostics, and testing at the Automotive Testing Expo in Novi, Michigan’s Suburban Collection Showcase (booth: 11046)
Grid Connect and PEAK-System will present products including their:
- the PCAN DIAG FD handheld diagnostic tool;
- the PCAN-Router FD for connecting CAN FDs or CAN Buses; and
- PCAN Explorer 6 software for simulations.
Test and evaluation engineers and R&D managers can use these new hardware and software offerings as part of a program for vehicle refinement; noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) testing; and engine or emissions analysis.
PEAK-System develops hardware and software for mobile and industrial communication and distributes its solutions globally. The Darmstadt-based company also provides auto makers with engineering services to turn their ideas into ready-to-manufacture products. PEAK-System’s 25-year partnership with Grid Connect, which makes an array of embedded and networking products, has offered the automotive industry a variety of services and technologies including software for diagnosing CAN and LIN Buses, CAN accessories, chip solutions, and routers and gateways for linking CAN Buses.
“Grid Connect considers the products it distributes for us just like the ones it manufactures for itself,” said Uwe Wilhelm, CEO of PEAK-System. “We’ve partnered with Grid Connect and are exhibiting together at the Auto Testing Expo, in part, because Grid supports test lab managers and engineers who buy our products like they would their own.”
“In partnership with PEAK-System, we’ve brought a variety of hardware to this year’s expo that test lab managers can use for diagnostics, but we can also customize our products to the specs an engineer needs, which saves time and money for auto test pros,” added Adam Justice, CEO of Grid Connect.
