If you currently own a PCAN-Explorer 6 license, you are eligible for a discounted upgrade to PCAN-Explorer 7.
New in Version 7: in addition to single-user and dongle licenses, PCAN-Explorer 7 supports floating licenses for shared, multi-user environments. Floating licenses are managed through a license server and are designed for team use.

Note: Upgrades remain tied to the same license key as the original PCAN-Explorer 6 purchase. All PCAN-Explorer licenses are single-user and registered to the licensee organization.

To request an upgrade, email sales@gridconnect.com with the following information:
- Your PCAN-Explorer 6 license information.
- This can be found in the PCAN-Explorer (menu Help > About PCAN-Explorer) and in the PEAK License Manager.
- Optional: Which add-ins you would like to upgrade or add (if any).
- Optional: Whether you would like to add a product maintenance license to receive bug fixes, feature updates, and access to future major PCAN-Explorer versions.
