The CAN PC Plotter Add-In for PCAN-Explorer 7 provides a configurable way to record and visualize CAN bus signal curves in real time.

Designed specifically for PCAN-Explorer 7, the add-in records and displays any number of signal courses from incoming and outgoing CAN messages, virtual variables, and macro calculation results. Signal behavior is shown clearly over time, without the need for post-processing.

Flexible curve configuration makes it easy to compare signals, isolate behavior, and track system performance during live operation or analysis sessions. Interactive axes support zooming and scrolling during recording and playback, allowing precise focus on relevant timeframes and values.

Timestamp handling supports both absolute and relative time references for clear traceability. Cursor tools enable accurate measurements directly on the plot, simplifying verification of timing relationships and signal thresholds.

For documentation and offline analysis, plots can be saved in common image formats, and recorded data can be exported for use in spreadsheets or reporting tools. Existing trace data from other PCAN tools can also be imported, allowing prior recordings to be reused without rework.
