he NET485 RS485 to Ethernet Converter enables remote RS485 networking, allowing RS422 and RS485 transceivers to communicate over Ethernet at distances of up to 4,000 feet. By providing Ethernet communication for serial devices, the NET485 RS485 Ethernet Adapter eliminates traditional cable length limitations and enables web-based remote access.

Using serial tunneling over TCP/IP or Ethernet, two NET485 RS485 to Ethernet Converters can function as a direct cable replacement, extending serial communication over networks.

In RS485 two-wire mode, the NET485 Serial to Ethernet Adapter supports multi-drop networking, allowing multiple devices to communicate seamlessly over a single serial bus

Powered by the XPort Serial to Ethernet device server, the NET485 RS485 Ethernet Adapter delivers reliable industrial serial to Ethernet conversion with advanced networking capabilities.
